The morning person at this location is amazing. I only come in every week or two, and she has already almost memorized my order.

Try to use the app for online ordering, and it was not able to get the deal. I was looking for because the app would not work correctly. The app has a lot of glitches.

While I was at Subway getting food, I was standing in line and happened to look down at the food in the prep area. I noticed the container of tuna looked very unappetizing — it was mushy, runny, and had a watery consistency that didn’t seem fresh. The appearance made me concerned that it might have been expired or not stored properly. It didn’t look like something safe to serve or eat.

Our orders are always followed to impeccable detail. Staff are friendly and food is made quickly. Best Subway in Fond du Lac by a longshot!

decided to give subway another chance since the last time i had it was in 2020. This was by far the best experience ive had at one. Yeah the prices have gone up overall but if you use the app its cheap. The restaurant was CLEAN the presentation and taste of the sandwich was amazing. This isnt just good for subway standards, this is great in comparison to anything else. Thumbs up

I went to get food at at 9:55pm tonight and the door was locked. And it says it close at 10:00pm. I am very disappointed
I recently tried Subway for the first time at this location, and I have to say it was a letdown. After a long shift, I was looking forward to a nice dinner, but my excitement quickly turned to disgust. As soon as I took a big bite of my sandwich, I found a long black hair in it! It was absolutely revolting! I know for a fact it's not my hair, as I have short hair and it isn't black.
It’s incredibly off-putting to find something like that in your food, and it really made me question the cleanliness of the place. I expected better from Subway, and this experience has definitely turned me off from ever ordering from this location again. Disgusting!

Having the solid metal cover over the meat section was disappointing, i couldnt see what meat i wanted to get. I asked to get my sub double toasted, and it was only single toasted. The prices seem to never come down, and they still ask for a tip on the credit card reader... its not a sit-down restaurant with table service... overall, the ingredients seem fresh and my sub was delicious as always. They also didn't have any footlong cookies premade so i had to settle for some normal cookies. ?

Just absolutely hands down love this subway on pioneer. Came here just because it was closest subway from where we were at. Wasn’t expecting anything. Just another subway in this town. First time going there my daughter who was all hyper as she’s 7 and has a lot of energy I just got done with a long day of work and exhausted the young lady was so kind and patient believe her name is Ellie(sure I spelt it wrong and I’m terrible with names) to find out she’s the manger’s daughter. Went back again just because of that experience and ended up with Whitney the other daughter and then met the general manger. Even the staff has always been so nice. Never had a bad service. They remember us, Whitney even helps me remembers what I get for my daughter as I sometimes forget. I love that I walk in there even after not going in there for a while and they remember you, talk to you like you are family not a customer. All friendly staff. It’s hard keeping staff now a days but even seeing young kids actually working just refreshing. It shows what kind of manger they have there. I think some of the other stores need to take a lesson from this store. Hands down won’t go to any other subway. I have found our forever subway. Thank you Shannan, Whitney and the staff for making us feel special. As long as Shannan and Whitney are there we won’t go to any other subway.
Got subs and salads, when we got the food the bacon was barley cooked. Called to complain and the lady said "I made that myself and it was definitely cook, I put it with the chicken, for 38 second". My fiance likes floppy bacon and won't even eat that. The only thing she said she could do was free cookies 100% unsatisfied here. She had a rude attitude too... Never ordering from that one again!
