It wasn't very busy and I had to wait at the counter to place my order for nearly 4 minutes. I wasn't greeted when the young man took my order. My food was quickly served and was good but they forgot sour cream on my nachos bell grande. I took it back and they put sour cream on. No apologies or anything.

i come through the drive through weekly some days daily. i get 2 large drinks and most of the time they are being filled up to the lid like they should be but the other half of the time there’s an 3-4 inch gap from the lid and drink. ive complained about this before. if i wanted a medium drink i would’ve ordered one. and then put the cherry on top the person on the headset seemed very rushy and a bit rude. do better tb.

I ordered a Large Strawberry Baja Blast and got given the wrong one. When we asked the lady about it she took it back and opened my lid and put strawberry on top of the drink. Didn't even wipe off the side because it was overfilled, wtf?

please fill your drinks all the way up. it’s severely annoying that when I order a large drink there’s always an inch of space between the lid and the drink. if I’m paying five dollars for two drinks, I should be getting the five dollars worth.

Ordered door for me and my family for pick up through the app the other day. It was a decent amount of food, I will say. But the lady working the window didn’t say a single word to me, and still had an attitude. She handed me the drinks, then basically threw the bag of food at me and slammed the window, still not saying a single word. You can have a horrible day, but still at least pretend to be happy while helping customers (coming from someone who works in food service). Talk about customer service.

Once again the food was not what it is supposed to be! Ordered 3 taco supremes and one didn’t have sour cream at all and the other two only had a little dribble in the middle. Also ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and didn’t have the cheese or the sour cream. It tasted terrible. So sick of getting home with your food from this restaurant and not getting what you pay for. This is not the only time it has happened at this restaurant.
