“We held a bridal shower for 50 people in the Cobalt Lounge a few weeks ago. I can't say enough good things about our experience. I originally booked the venue site unseen when they were closed for the winter season but Frank was great and easy to communicate with and gave a tour to the bride and her mom when they opened for the season in May. Closer to the shower Gabbi coordinated everything with me (menu, setup, etc) and was great and very fast to respond to all my questions. The day of the event, Nate was our bartender and helped everything run smoothly. He was super friendly and easy to work with. I requested a last minute table out on the patio and he set it up quickly while I was decorating the room. All the food was ready at the scheduled time and was delicious. A very reasonable rate for the amount of food served. Everyone that attended the shower had wonderful things to say about the venue, the food and the VIEW! A wall of windows overlooking the lake was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend Gordy's and the Cobalt Lounge and they would be my first choice for any future events/showers that I'm a part of”

“Big Foot Inn is the best place I have found since moving. The food is always amazing and never a disappointment. The owners are absolutely amazing and staff I can never say enough good things about them. Giant Homemade Bun, Thick Thick Sliced ham My French Toast was Great (Homemade bread), the little fat Sausages were cooked perfectly, the only negative for me and it really isn’t a negative is they had breakfast potatoes rather than hashbrowns (they do have them during the week, just not on weekends) Definitely worth the drive and the wait. You won’t leave here hungry but you will leave with a to go container.”
