It was my first time at this restaurant and I did not hear good things coming in. I also did not hear good things about price to food quality however I was impressed with the service and the food. Everything was delicious. Our waitress was very attentive. I would recommend and will be coming back.
We were looking forward to the menu posted on the website but when we arrived the only option was the buffet.
Good food, fresh, well cooked Nice clean tables Restaurant is upscale Very efficient service
The restaurant overall was empty. Our server was excellent and let us proceed at our own pace. Onion soup and ravioli were just excellent, bread also delicious. The bar has something to be desired in that there was some erroneous charges that I couldn't seem to talk them out of. Other than that I would recommend it especially as a hotel restaurant.
We stayed at the Abbey and had dinner at 240 on our 10-year anniversary. Each employee wished us a happy anniversary and even upgraded our dessert. It did seem to take quite awhile in between courses towards the end but overall we were very happy with our experience!
The air conditioning was broke and it was very hot in the restaurant. They had a hallway door open they let to the outside to bring in a little breeze. We only ate there because it was the only restaurant open at the abbey. I had the house special which was a bolognese pasta which the meat tasted like chili. Not good at all. Restaurant was poorly staffed. Same as far as I could see only two people working the entire restaurant
There were four other tables besides ours for the evening. The cocktails were fabulous and the mussels special were very good. The kale Caesar was not kale, and when pointed out, there was no attempt to rectify it. Simply a "yeah, they seem to have done that wrong". My rib eye was not done medium to my request, and was quite fatty and gristly. Only about half was edible. This was my birthday dinner and I had expected so much more. Not worth the price point they are asking
Overpriced for the service and quality of food. The mushroom ravioli was had a off old oil taste and smell. When it was mentioned to the waiter the manager took it off the bill but never spoke to us. The experience at this restaurant was disappointing this time around.
Beautiful location & ambiance, but unattended kids running around. Host & waiter were exceptional. Food was “ok”. Cocktails were excellent. Quality of steak & lobster were what impacted rating. Excellent salad & dessert, but poor quality steak & peculiar lobster tail offering.
Don't bother. If you are staying at the Abbey, go to Chucks instead if this is your only option. We waited a ridiculously long time for someone to even take our to go order, with literally maybe 3 tables full in the entire restaurant. The hostess walked away and didn't come back for over 10 minutes. Then they make us wait 25 minutes for ridiculous portions at ridiculous prices. Not what it used to be. Won't be returning. Staying at the Abbey and absolutely will not eat here again. Not what you would expect from what should be a classy place.

Music was fantastic! Filet way too salty, pasta dish way too peppery/spicy. Service was average, people with screaming kids didn't help with the ambiance. I expect more for a 200 hundred dollar meal.
Great ambience, with piano music in background. Intimate setting . Limited, but nice variety of food selections. Food was good. Pricing was slightly higher than expected , but in line with the atmosphere
Lovely restaurant. This was our first time dining there. The ambience is very nice, and if you sit by the window, you have a very nice elevated view of the adorable ice-skating rink and the harbor. Our server was a charming lady. The service was just a bit slow, but otherwise totally accurate and very friendly. The kale caesar salad was fantastic in portion and in taste. My husband had the ribs with pasta which he said was fabulous as well. Our daughter had the quesadillas with fruit from the children's menu. I was nicely surprised that they offer a children's menu. The side of fruit served with the quesadillas is a huge portion and very fresh fruit. My only complaint about the menu is that it was limited, with only a couple of salad options.
Valentine's cheesecake was the only disappointment. The lighting, the live piano music, the server even recommended a terrific bottle of wine! I got the prime rib prix fix and it was fantastic!!!! 10/10, but feel free to skip out on the valentine's cheesecake. Although it came with a fresh rose which was fun to take pics with :)
