This taco bell is the WORST. It is consistenly either out of a product, or not serving food for (last time was 15 minutes), or it is closed during pisted hours. If food IS actually available (what a shock that would be!) It is usually cold or missing something. The service is lackluster, bordering in rude. How they stay in business is beyond me, but i certainly will NOT be back. It really is too bad NEGATIVE stars cannot be left.

At first, the staff was courteous when taking our order. While we were getting drinks, I noticed the rap music being played and thought it was strange music to be being played in a Taco Bell. After getting our food and sitting down, my daughter and I heard explicit lyrics and the n word over and over. I approached the counter, and no one was to be seen. Finally, one worker came from behind the back wall and asked what he could get for me. I asked him to kill the music. He couldn't hear me and had to ask me two more times due to the sound level. He said he couldn't change it because it was the radio. I disagreed with him and told him I was there with my family and didn't appreciate the f bombs and n word over and over. He argued with me, so I just told him that I would just report it to the owner and returned to my seat. The volume dropped, and a few minutes later, a different music was playing more like pop music. Then, the truly unprofessional behavior began. They had two music systems going, and the volume started going up and one of the male employees started singing lyrics of a different song, YMCA, loudly and obnoxiously. I couldn't wait to get out of there at that point and my family, too. Very poor judgment on their part. It's been two weeks, and there's no response from the owner. No apologies. I guess I leave the post unchanged. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Got my food in an abnormally short amount of time. When I opened it, I realized everything was rock-hard stale and lukewarm. It doesn't take long to make a fresh chalupa. I don't know why anyone would pre-make them and leave them out all day. The temperature made me suspect it wasn't under a heat lamp recently. That can't be food safe.

Bad customer service on drive thru. Had five hard shell tacos on my order and one shell was broken. This was probably because the bag was harshly handed to me despite containing fragile hard shell tacos.

This store charges more than any other in the area when you order through the app. The $1 soft potato taco costs $1.59 here and $2 fiesta burrito costs $2.50. Cheesy Gordita Crunch is over $5!

Was at the fort atkinsons wis taco bell .. dinning in and was eating lunch and a young boy working stopped and was blowing his nose by the counter he was preparing the food .never washed hands just cont preparing food..

Slow service. Ordered at 4:40 get food at 4:57. The guy at the window repeated our order wrong to us. When we corrected him he said "what?" He was very confused with what we ordered. He didn't help the other person make the order. Took forever and he just laid back against the window and let the guy do the work and then was rude to us. Also forgot to give us sauce which we added in our order. Who doesn't want sauce?! And the guy didn't even ask us. They gave us the wrong food in the end. So bummed.
