The manager Sean/shawn always greets us by name and always has a happy welcoming energy about him. He goes out of his way to make sure our order is always correct. This is the type of person you want as a manager! Every time we order we hope he is working.
We ordered $44 worth of food and we did not receive our Baja blast nor the frozen one it was the pineapple. They gave beans in my friends burrito and she’s HIGHLY allergic, and my other friend only received freaking cheese in a tortilla no meat at all or bean which she did not ask for. Other than that my Crunchwrap supreme was good and so were the nacho fries, don’t think I would order from here again though.
Can't say anything about the atmosphere, I was in drive thru. My meal was the best it has been in almost 10 years at any taco bell. I ordered a chalupa that wasn't soggy or burnt! It was even around midnight! People were nice and helpful too!
