Went to Arby's last night for dinner. Dylan was exceptional! This guy definitely needs a raise! He was very professional and friendly. I ordered the $7.99 meal. He told me it would be a 6-minute wait and asked me if that would be ok. He took time to talk to me and made me feel welcome. While we were waiting for our food, I heard him also covering the drive thru with the same care. This doesn't happen much these days. To most people, you are just a number, just an order. This is the best Arby’s establishment I have ever been too. The lobby was clean and the food came really fast and the drive thru was even better great costumer service and the girl cashing me out is great at her job.I will definitely be coming back
