We stopped by to have a drink and thought we'd need to leave our dog in the car for the time being. But they are pet friendly. The rules are posted outside that the dog needs to be on a leash and a few other things. But it was awesome that we got to take her inside.
There is also a nice patio that you have a view of the River

Dirty hole in the wall, and I mean that in the best way. Personal service, decent pizza, video slots, and cold drinks. Small atmosphere and patio. Will return when in the area.

Vegetarian options: The drinks are vegetarian, I guess.

Parking: Come by boat or car.

Bar on a great piece of property along the Mississippi backwaters/Indian Creek upstream from Fountain City. There's a dock for your boat and a nice back yard to enjoy a beverage and take in the scenery. Just north of Merrick State Park off Hwy 35 if you're on wheels. Music outside from time to time during the summer is always fun.
