Food & drinks: This is our fav go-to for precious date nites since moving to WI 2 years ago. The service (even when short-staffed) is great, the food is little pricier but we'll worth it as we've not had anything we didn't like. The menu has everything from fish cheeks, chick/ribs, ahi and gorgeous ribeye steaks, all done to perfection. They also have my fav dessert, creme brulee! Drinks are top shelf and you can't beat the views of the lake, especially at sun set from the bar. Def recommend The Shores!

Our first trip to the Shores of Fox Lake did not disappoint. We struck up conversation at the bar while waiting that continued into the dining area. The food was amazing, reasonably priced and the staff was attentive and very pleasant. We will be return customers.

We were pretty impressed with the Shores. Really nice atmosphere and very friendly and caring staff. The Poke nachos are to die for. I had a NY Strip which was definitely done to my liking ( just above Rare) the hash browns and mushrooms were really good. My Husband had the Ahi Tuna. Amazing! Add the Drunken Clam next door in summer what a great find!!! Recommend.

This Monday 7/31 we’ve decided to celebrate a birthday dinner at the Shores. My experience there exceeded expectations. This restaurant left the best impressions from the minute we walked in with our hospitable host, Nina! With open welcoming with a smile on her face, even from what looked like a very busy night. We were greeted right away and assured to be seated soon, SO friendly!Food was great and a very professional staff! Recommend the Monday shrimp!

Stopped here with our friends for supper. The bar was nice with a great view of the lake. Service was friendly and attentive for how busy it was. Our table had steak, prime, and fish. Everything was pretty good. I had a lot of fat on my prime, just a bit more than usual but that did not stop me from enjoying it. After dinner drinks were good. This in more steak joint than supper club but worth a stop!

Absolutely wonderful place to stop and eat whether you live here or are just passing through, right off the highway and just a wonderful lake view on both sides of the location.Servers were wonderful, warm & welcoming, and overall just give great service.Will definitely come back.
