A near 9 lb tenderloin was purchased and paid for by my partner for our NYE dinner. The butcher offered to trim off the silver skin, and my partner figured it was a time savings for him, although he is fully capable. The meat was taken to the back, trimmed, wrapped and sent home. Upon arriving home the tenderloin was weighed - only 5 lbs! He called and was told he would have to take it up with the butcher who was gone. We get a lot of different meats from here but the string cheese is soooo salty and the chicken fajita super salty we couldn’t even eat it . 👀 get everything Except the string cheese and chicken fajita super salty!
