Meh... Website still has breakfast items listed however they are not offered in the restaurant. Staff didn't look happy to be there.
DO NOT EAT HERE!! THEY DONT CLEAN. THEY HAVE MOLD. AND SELL FOOD WITH MOLD ON IT.
I've only had a couple things off the menu but they have both been really good. The staff I've interacted with thus far have been very nice. I'd recommend checking the place out if you haven't.
What happened to this place? Food and service were always good. The restaurant was always very clean. Now the place is dirty. Food and crumbs on most tables. Nothing looked tidied up. Wait time far too long for fast casual dining. Baked good are far worse. I used to like this place.
This is the first time in over a year I came back to Cosi and they changed their menu a bit. Cosi has a healthy menu with healthy sandwiches, salads, soups and more. The calorie count is shown on the menu boards above the cashier.
Edit - Now I REALLY wish I could give negative stars. The General Manager (Tyree) reached out to me and stated he wanted to make things right, offered gift cards to give them another chance. A month later... no gift cards. I guess the fact that my sandwich had three strips of chicken and my wife had mustard on a sandwich that we requested no mustard on TWICE is our fault as former customers of this establishment.
Food was okay, staff to laid back with dirty uniforms. No care in cleaning main Lobby.
We enjoy eating here when we are in the area. It has a comfortable atmosphere and a variety of good food. Everyone loves the flatbread. There are also a lot of options on the kids' menu.
The food used to be good, but it was not today. They forgot to make our food entirely. The manager did make it right by making our meals free, but I don't intend to go back due to the obvious downgrade in quality.
Stopped in around 6pm for an online pick up order. Ordered the adobo chicken bowl and a cup of soup.

They got rid of the last manager, the place is now 100 percent better. I definitely recommend, they have a customer friendly attitude
No gluten-free options or milk alternatives/substitutes.
Place is decent. You'll find a nice variety on the menu but won't be blown away by taste or value. Decent place to stop in for a bite and you can sit outside.
I honestly don't get this place. The food is just average and the prices are ridiculous. Last visit, I ordered their healthy salad. It's supposed to have avocado, but they somehow missed that ingredient. For a side item, you're offered a small bag of raw carrots or a small bag of potato chips. Really? A person orders a salad, they don't need another raw vegetable and they probably aren't looking to negate things with chips. My wife's salad had chicken on it, mine had no meat, and together with a couple cups of water, the bill was an astounding $18.50. Won't be back.
The food here is good, just unnecessarily expensive and I'd rather go to Panera. Only issue is the service. At my visit today, a staff member RAN up to the cash register upon seeing me walk in and stared at me while deciding on food. It took a little too long to come out for being the only customer. I asked which sweetener packets were sugar free and they said "just read them." When my food came out, she plopped it down and said "here you go." She forgot my chips so I had to go back up and get them... again, I was the only person ordering and I feel like that wasn't that hard to remember when chips come with every order.
