Baking at a high level. It took me a minute to realize she was there - but as another reviewer commented - there's a reason her lines are so long, and yes - you should get there early.
The Whitefish Bay Farmers’ Market opens at 8:30am. If you want to order Hollyberry Bakery’s buttery, classic, flaky croissants, you better get there by 8:45am because they’ll be gone before you can blink. And honestly, that’s fine because the chocolate croissant, apple danishes and monkey bread are sure-fire winners in their own right. The quality of baked goods is second to none. Everything you see is made within 24 hours, including pastries made the same morning.Another signature creation is the marnie country sourdough, which is made with organic wheat flour and organic rye flour, and couldn’t be more fresh.
I couldn’t even wait to get it home! AMAZING! Cheddar sourdough with garlic and rosemary!
Hollyberry Bakery always has the longest line at the Sunday Whitefish Bay Farmers Market... and there's a good reason for it! I like the sourdough bread, and my kids always want the pastries. Everyone likes the cookies. Everything is perfectly textured, and always fresh.
The sourdough is fantastic! Can't wait to try the pastries...
The absolute most delicious sour dough bread. My favorite is the Marnie Country but the other flavors are tasty and interesting as well. Also the most incredible croissants and morning buns. Everything Holly makes is insanely delicious!!
Not only is Holly amazing, everything she makes is also incredible! From the breads to the pastries it’s all delicious, fresh, made with wonderful ingredients and baked with love and care. Cannot recommend Hollyberry Bakery enough!
Everything I’ve tried has been delicious - sourdough bread, morning buns & cinnamon rolls - mmmmm!
