I did everything online for my parents' anniversary. I ordered an 8" lemon bundt with a flower on top and a light drizzle. I also ordered 12 bundtinis, custom picked. My mother bakes, so I was very worried they would taste "store-bought", but she liked them a lot, which guarantees we'll be back! And the cake was so pretty and not overly fancy (my dad's words). We all loved the bundtinis because we could get a sampling of other cakes.Now the folks there were awesome - we were running late for pick up and they called to see if we needed to reschedule. Then, the next day, I called to compliment them on the cakes, and to ask a question about how they choose replacements in the bundtini box if they run out, NOT A COMPLAINT, JUST A QUESTION! Turns out, it was an error on the store's part and the store manager offered to replace the whole box! This is the NEXT DAY!!! I told her that's not why I called, multiple times, and eventually thanked her. Profusely.The cakes are top-tier in taste, no doubt, but along with that kind of customer service and kindness... Nothing Bundt Cake-er for life!?

Needed a cake for my son's birthday. I called as my husband was on his way past the BrownPort location. They said they needed till a certain time but it would have been too late. She asked what flavor and it was a Win for us. Thank you for being very accommodating on such short notice.

Our guests thought the desserts were delicious and the cake stands were easy to fold up and return the following week. We even received a free bundtlet as a congratulations gift upon returning the cake stands. We love this store and will continue to visit! Thank you for all of your hard work.

I went into this location to get a red velvet birthday cake for my aunt. The cashier which is an older lady that wasn't trained properly at the register messed up my transaction. She then went into the back to get the owner. For him to take over the order and do as he please charge my bank account another time. Then became furious because he didn't listen to the problem. Called me "You People" and told me to go to my area to purchase cakes. Mentioned that my bank is for broke people and that I should get my money back in my account on the same day after charging my card twice. He is very racist arrogant and irrational with customers that aren't Caucasian. To his surprise my area is Glendale. So he would no longer get anymore of my business.

I literally don’t know how these cakes are always consistently good but they are! I literally love every new flavor I try. But I’ll definitely say that the Oreo is one of my favorites and I hope it sticks around since it’s only for a limited time right now.

Cakes are always fresh and delicious. Workers are always friendly, I get my birthday cakes here.
