Placed an order on DoorDash with plenty of time for them to get my food prepared before they closed. Well they closed and went home so my dasher was not able to get my order and finally an hour and 10 mins after placing the order the order was finally canceled. I placed the order at 8:30. Why accept the order if you are just going to close up shop and leave right after accepting the order. Way to go Rosati’s!

The lady was very rude to me!!! Please don't eat here!!!!! I ordered the 4 top pizza. And I thought that it would be normal crust. But I over here her on the phone asking the customer if she wanted thin or double stuff. And that made me ask because never being there before I assumed that my crust would have been double stuffed. But itwasn't. So i asked her if i can get double stuffed because my wife hates and I mean hates thin crust. But the lady refused and told me that I should of looked at the menu bored closer , and that she will not refund me or remake it. So I left with the pizza and immediately called, and ask for the corporate number. But they refused to give it to me and hung up on me. So people don't come here because there very unprofessional!!! All I wanted was for my wife and I to be happy for something we paid for, but we weren't and the lady who took my order refused and I do mean refused to male it right! She should not be working there because she is bad for business!! If ur going to eat there, make sure u ask for thin or regular crust, because they won't tell u and if u order and realize it's the crust u don't like, they won't care and won't fix it or refund u. So you'll leave until happy, just like I left today. $24.00 bucks wasted!!! Bad customer service, she refused to make things RIGHT!!! SO IM VERY VERY UNHAPPY

My friend has a TON of Rosati's Coupons from the Pizza box. We bought 2 Pizza's within the last 3 months at a discounted price using the Rosati Coupons from their Pizza Box and, when attempting to use more Coupons from the Rosati Pizza box the Owner stated he has not accepted those coupons in 2 years and, refused to allow us to use them. That was a SLAP in the face seeing as how much MONEY was spent on their regular priced pizza.

Love this place!

Amy is a fantastic person & runs a great pizza joint. Unlike many of them, this place actually takes care in keeping a clean kitchen, baking great food, & delivering it to you in one piece, still fresh.

They do get quite busy at times, & they handle the rushes much better than most places.

They're always well accommodating with any issues, & you already know Rosati's has great pizza.

Ordered a pizza and the toppings were incorrect. I asked for the issue to be resolved and their solution was (apparently) to hand pick off the incorrect topping. How do I know? Because the taste of jalapeño remains after it is removed and there were still remnants on the pie. After contacting the manager, he couldn’t see how their solution wasn’t a solution at all and in fact a larger problem—that you can’t just pick ingredients off a pizza because people could have allergies or (in my case) your kids may not be able to tolerate spicy food. This is to say nothing of the fact that hands were all over my dinner—gross. Correct answer: You need to remake the pizza and when your staff messes up on the solution you offer a refund or a new pizza… or really anything but argue with the customer and tell them it is their fault. We ain’t going back.

I put in an order today at noon for a 4pm pick up. Showed up and they never started it. I informed the lady I put my order in 4 hours ago and asked what happened. She just shrugged and said she doesn't know. What's the point of taking online orders if you can't honor it. The lobby is kind of gross too. Last time I ever come here.

I love Rosatis. We go to every location, whether in town or at one of their out of town locations, but the presentation of their food isn't always the best, and there's been a few times when our order hasn't been correct.

Ordered delivery on a tue night, 45min estimate ended up being 1hr16minutes. I called to see where the pizza was and was on hold for 8 minutes, i hung up and tried calling again, hold for 3 minutes. I called again and this time said "new order" somebody answered but could not tell me the status of my order as that was in the front of the store. She transferred me to the other line.... where i was again put on hold, then the food arrived. The driver did apologize and the food was good, but wow.... never again
