First time customer. Pizza was delivered an hour late. Food was ice cold. Sauces were missing even though the delivery driver said they were in the boxes with the pizzas. Called to complain and was hung up on. Called back right away and spoke to someone else. I told him the problems and I was told they would refund my order.
