The food is great and affordable. I would highly recommend this location to everyone. Additionally, staff is very accommodating, patient, and cordial.

Placed an order at 6:20 with an ETA by 7. 7:20 shows up and I get a notification doordash is now picking it up and eta is 7:50. I called the store and the manager said there were no drivers and they have to use doordash. I had chosen Toppers BECAUSE they had personal delivery. I asked the manager if my food would even still be warm by the time it got to me and she said, "uhhhhh, I don't know, um....." WHAT. She then said they keep prepared orders on a heating rack (but if it's been made an hour prior, it won't be fresh when I get it) and actual warmth is at the mercy of the driver. Frankly, that wasn't true. I tracked my order. The time from store to me when the driver got it was 5 minutes. My food was lukewarm and clearly been made quite a while ago and not fresh. This is very disappointing. I waited an hour and a half for garbage. Will not be ordering again.
