Culver's Reviews
I really like coming for lunch. I'm there almost everyday.
Yesterday, I ordered two scoops of butter pecan ice cream with pecans on top and whatever genius working there dumped the container of pecans on top, including all the salt and crumbs from the bottom of the container. Thanks for nothing. I'm not looking for a refund, just do better.
This particular Culver's has the worst customer service when something goes wrong. I called because after 3 times of incorrect orders via the drive-thru. Culver's is a popular fast food restaurant known for serving hot and fresh food along with delicious custard. The cheerful staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel valued. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. While wait times can be long without ordering ahead, employees work hard to fulfill orders quickly. Some customers have experienced errors with their orders, but overall, Culver's remains a great choice for satisfying meals, including the fish dinner. Recent reviews highlight the quality of the butter burger and the delicious frozen custard, as well as the friendly service and fast drive-thru staff. However, some mention that fries could use more seasoning, and that when ordering a burger, customers need to specify toppings to avoid getting a plain one. The drive-thru staff is known for running out orders quickly and politely, though there is concern about handling this efficiently during winter weather.
