The Irish Cottage has always been a decent place for a few beers or cocktails in my opinon. It was remodeled not too many years back. They opened it up and built a larger bar area which works well for the patrons and staff. They somehow modernized and streamlined the building and still kept the small-town/ comfortable feel. St. Patty's Day has always been a treat there. ☺
My Dad's go to corner bar & it's decent.. the bartenders are always friendly but rarely "professional".. I say that bc it's a very "cliquey" or "clicky" lol, spot.. If you're not with the "in crowd" your not really a priority.. lots of regulars on all shifts & w/them comes lots of drama ? more of a middle aged hangout I'd say late 30s & up.. some younger folks- that know somebody who knows somebody associated...
I don't drink, but the atmosphere here is great and quite welcoming. I love the bartenders, and everyone treats one another like family. it's a nice place if you need a smile or two..
