Ordered delivery and this Jimmy John’s is 4 min away from me, tell me why it took them 40 min to order it? Put me in a bad mood.

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru for a little John (basically half a sandwich) When I asked the drive thru attendant (who was very pleasant) how much longer it would take, a sandwich maker flew to the window, pushing him out of the way, and told me to calm down because it was the “lunch rush” and they weren’t able to give me a time table since they were so busy. Then while the window was still open, he walked away saying obscenities. This is not my first bad experience at this location. Do not spend money here.

We rolled in with 2 minutes to close! The staff was as positive, friendly and welcoming to us just as if we were the first customers of the day! Food was delicious! Thank you!!

It may be an off day, but this experience is not what I remember of Jimmy John's. Delivery took an hour unlike their normally super fast deliver speed, and the sandwich was very bland. I couldn't taste the seasoning, the mayo, the oil and vinegar. Very disappointed. That said, I got a drink I didn't order. Sorry whoever didn't get their drink!

I’ve ordered from here several times now. The food has always been good. My only recommendation is if you get it to go or for delivery to double check you got everything. My pickle was missing from my delivery order so I called and was told they would bring it by and that never happened. Good news is they brought back the kickin ranch sauce!

Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes and the app still said that they were making my food.
So I called to see if I could get an update, I was immediately placed on hold and left on hold for over 5 minutes with no response.
I then decided to take my car through drive-thru to see if I could get someone to update me. When I came through drive-thru my food was magically ready to go. Very frustrating because I was in a hurry.

It took almost an hour for them to deliver the food. They also had no idea where they were going. They had to call the customer for directions. We have ordered from this location many many times and have not had any problems with delivery.

I received my delivery order of 4 sandwiches (#7,#10,#11,#15) last night around 7:30pm and none of the sandwiches were numbered(#), so my friends and I each took one and unwrapped them hoping we had the sandwich we ordered 🥺
The sandwiches were good but each one of us had the wrong one

Ordered food that says it was delivered, then called the store and told me it was delivered to the wrong house. I called back 50 minutes later and the store worker told me the driver was just getting to the house the food was delivered to, to bring it to me. I requested a refund and to cancel the order. Extremely unprofessional. The decision to go back to the wrong house 50 minutes later to grab the food so they can deliver it to me is absolutely ridiculous. Long time customer and will not be ordering from here anymore
