Upon entering the store, I noticed there was water all over the floor, and I assumed they were closing. This was not the case, after placing my order from a very rude disinterested employee , that same employee, then began slinging mop water all over my husband shoes .. I had to ask him to refrain from doing this ( Please know the entire floor was covered in water that customers had walk thru to place an order) This guy is not an asset to your company! When I ask for a receipt, he retorted “it will be on your sandwich“ it was not. I had to ask the gentleman who made the sandwich to produce a receipt whereas he had to takeoff his gloves because this other jerk can’t do his job.

Jimmy John’s should pay their employees more so that people are actually willing to work there. Took over an hour to get my food delivered because they were understaffed. These poor workers are being slandered for being “lazy” when they’re working as hard as they can with little help.

Jimmy John's is not the same anymore. This location still manages to mess up your order even with repeated instructions. Employee's at this location seem slow and not happy having a job. Just half ass everything just to get it out the door including delivery. I wish management would actually manage this place. Heading to Jersey Mike's now. Bye J.J no more.....

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive thru for a little John (basically half a sandwich) When I asked the drive thru attendant (who was very pleasant) how much longer it would take, a sandwich maker flew to the window, pushing him out of the way, and told me to calm down because it was the “lunch rush” and they weren’t able to give me a time table since they were so busy. Then while the window was still open, he walked away saying obscenities. This is not my first bad experience at this location. Do not spend money here.

It may be an off day, but this experience is not what I remember of Jimmy John's. Delivery took an hour unlike their normally super fast deliver speed, and the sandwich was very bland. I couldn't taste the seasoning, the mayo, the oil and vinegar. Very disappointed. That said, I got a drink I didn't order. Sorry whoever didn't get their drink!

I’ve ordered from here several times now. The food has always been good. My only recommendation is if you get it to go or for delivery to double check you got everything. My pickle was missing from my delivery order so I called and was told they would bring it by and that never happened. Good news is they brought back the kickin ranch sauce!

Ordered curbside
Waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes and the app still said that they were making my food.
So I called to see if I could get an update, I was immediately placed on hold and left on hold for over 5 minutes with no response.
I then decided to take my car through drive-thru to see if I could get someone to update me. When I came through drive-thru my food was magically ready to go. Very frustrating because I was in a hurry.
