The workers are awesome so pleasant and nice however the owner is a raging condescending B word I feel sorry for the employees to have to work under a woman like that clearly money hungry unprofessional and rude hopefully she’s out of there quick just your typical suburban housewife whose husband probably bought her that business so he could go cheat in peace

Everything was fine until I got home and started to eat the sandwich it was #9 Italian nightclub it did not taste right something went bad I think maybe the meat don't know I immediately became nauseous and stopped eating it had to throw it away and I am not someone who throws away food. Bummer cuz that's one of all time favorite sandwiches?OK they asked me to respond as you can see and I did as requested which incidentally took me to the Jimmy John's corporate website, they wanted full details such as date time exact item ordered and what happened etc etc. I gave them the full boat and then receive an email response requesting even more?? Screw you I was sick as F'ing dog for 5 days so sick I couldn't hardly raise myself from bed to use bathroom for 3 full days and you want more from me? I am 10000% sure you have taken more from me than any human should have to give. I tried to be nice and just wanted to let the store owner know his employees served something that went bad. The 5 days of horrible agony you caused me to endure will never be compensated for and your tone deaf response is par the course go to hell and be damn fortunate I don't turn that sandwich in to local health authorities you rotten people need to learn how to handle serious food mishandling issues such as this.

I ordered #5 giant...NO CHEESE...placed order 8:19 did not receive until 9:30...received sub WITH CHEESE called to report issue and "manager on duty" stated she personally made my sub and knows she did not put cheese...I offered for them to come pick up uneaten sandwiche and bring correct one to which I was told they are now closed I had to ask for refund and be told she needs to ask general manager...treat ur customers like liars ? A1 service

I normally don’t leave reviews but this is just unacceptable. My first time ordering jimmy john I order turkey and got ham. Today I order a #4 which comes with lettuce, tomato and mayo I received a turkey sub but just bread and meat. My coworker order a #4 same as I and received bread and turkey. Another coworker order ham sub with everything and got bread a slice a ham and cheese. This is suppose to be a sub restaurant and they cannot make subs at all. Please don’t waste your money find a better location cause this one is a disappointment.

I ordered delivery for 1 pm. The food wasn't prepared until 1:10 pm and was delivered at 1:50 pm. Not only was it ridiculously late, it took the delivery driver 40 minutes to go 3 miles. When it was finally delivered, my apartment bell was not rung and I did not receive a text nor phone call. Luckily I was refreshing the order webpage. Otherwise I had no way to know they had finally delivered my food.I have had much better experience with other Jimmy John's.

ordered online at 1:09pm got it at 2:50pm. I was 5 minutes away from this location. had to call and the guy that answered didn’t say hi, bye, sorry or anything. once i got my food they didn’t give my soda and was not credited online.

I’ve had no other issues with this restaurant before this week. I ordered an online order before and after 2 hours it never came so I had to cancel it. I ordered through the drive through today and ordered the unwhich. She said “no mayo, no lettuce or tomato then?” And I said yes none of that, when I got my order it was bread. I came in and was very calm about this until the short brunette began to yell at me for it. I said it must have been a misunderstanding and instead of resolving it she continuously whispered under her breath about us, made loud rude comments to us and began an argument that didn’t need to happen. Will not be coming here ever again.

went through the drive thru and asked 3 times for an unwich since my sister and i are allergic to gluten. our sandwich had bread so i went back in and the shorter lady with black hair just started yelling at me saying i never asked for that which i did 3 times. she then continued to tell me next time i wont be getting a remake? she then continued to talk under her breath about me. wont ever be going back and hope everyone considers this before going here.

If I could give a zero I would. Said I was I wanted an unwhich, she said 'no mayo, lettuce or tomato then right?' I said yes. Got a breaded sandwich back. Went in to fix it and got yelled at instead of just fixing it calmly I was repeatedly yelled at and the girl was whispering under her breath about it. Worst experience ever, never coming back.
