I ordered a Pineapple Pizza & Combo Pizza @ 1pm . By 230 Grub Hub still.never delivered. Found out they delivered to wrong address. It was a hassle to call and find out but after 20m of bull crap. Marcos looked out for me. The guys there were great. The manager was very nice and cool to me. Not their fault. Grub hub sucks, I suggest picking it up from them directly. Thansk you guys for fixing my order!!!

Had delivery and found out fee does not go to driver,bad policy...Calzone was average pizza sub par.When you get charged $2 for extras this is not inexpensive for below average chain pizza joint...nothing about order will make me return..

Very very dissatisfied yet again. Decided to give this Marcos one more try. I was sitting waiting for my order. When I had over heard a guy yelling at one of the female workers. I can hear him swearing at her and constantly yelling. Next thing I know I saw her walk out crying and the tall guy gave me my order and he was still continuing to yell at her while she walked out of the building. Someone should really do something about this place it’s going down hill very very fast. This is a very unprofessional pizza place I have ever seen. The only thing that was nice was the mix lady taking my order. As I waited for my order to be made. I saw a long hair guy eating a sandwich where they cut and box the pizzas. It must of been lunchtime or something. I believe they were very busy at the time seeing all of the orders on the rack. I was watching the long haired guy he was still eating and boxing up the food without washing his hands. Now to me that is very unsanitary and against food safety. I tried calling the store to talk to someone aka manager after I had left. I was told they are too busy to talk. I will be reporting this Marcos to the health department. Hopefully before then I the general manager will call me. Also the music was way to loud I had a hard time hearing the lady taking my order.

Very dissapointed in my experience with marcos. I placed a walk in order. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the guy taking my order was drunk 7-31-25. As I waited for my order all you can hear is laughing and swearing loudly coming from the back with heavy profanity music blaring. Very unprofessional. Pizza was sloppy. I figured since everyone is just hanging out. Will never return to marcos. Just glorified lil ceasers that's all.

This place is amazing, the service is great. The worker are so humble, they have great energy and they make sure you are always pleased with the food.
I went in on a Tues night, and the 2 workers were great! I live in Illinois and happened to stop by on my way home, it was well worth it for the food! I was reminiscing with the employee's, as I was with Marco's/HRG back over a decade ago in the FVMC days, with the OG stores (3501). A lot sure has changed but the quality of both the food & people remain high. Glad to see HRG doing well.

WOW. The workers here put a huge amount of other people to shame! The store was backed up and a coworker who was off came and helped his other coworker out! Now this is what I call a team!!! Really impressed with the pizza, super impressed with the team work! Honestly will be coming here and only to this Marcos because of this!!!
