Wouldn't give me a refund for their mistakes. I got a salad and i asked for slices of avocado and they gave guacamole. yuck. they forgot my soda. the lady that answered the phone didn't even say hi this is SUBWAY or nothing and then confused my order with a sandwich and i had to tell her that i ordered a salad. When i called to see if they can refund me the lady and the man said that they couldn't give me my refund and that i can have someone pick it up. and then they said if they can take my info down so that the next time i order they can give me something more. why should i have to give you information when I'm asking for them to just refund me. never again will i go to this place. i have never experienced this with subway. I'm always ordering from here. Needs new employers and Manager.

Ok so I chose this location to try the footlong pretzel with cheese for the 1st time...... The pretzel was barely warmed and the cheese was poured from a sauce bottle into a cup and it was very reminiscent of cold cheese whiz. Never again 1 out of 10

This location is the pits. They don’t honor hardly any coupons and the customer service sucks. Food does not look fresh.

The place is dirty the employee doesn’t even seem like she knows how to put a sandwich together. She was making my sandwich and just throwing it all together into a pile not like placing the components on the bread like how you would regularly make a sandwich! She wasn’t even speaking to me because she had her earbuds in and was on the phone. She was very disrespectful and rude with her attitude when I asked her to not just pile everything on but actually make my sandwich. Oh and one other thing … if you have a below 3 star average you should probably get it together and work on that. Family owned or not hire people who care about their job.

Worst service and the highest price. There six inch subway was $10. Subway in a Walmart in Franklin acting like fine restaurant in NYC.

By far the worst experience I have ever has at a Subway restaurant. I truly believe that the owners of this franchise were the people who waited on us. Ordered on line and tried to take advantage of coupon deals offered on line and use my rewards. After submitting order I expected these discounts to be taken with about a $11 savings on my $58 order. Instead got an error message that their was a problem with my order. Went in and told owner/manager of my computer error message. Was told that this store in Wal-Mart does not honor these digital coupons or rewards and asked my name as he waive my order at me. With four hungry people waiting, I told him to process the order. Immediately checked my online bank app & full $58 was already out of my account. Ruined my entire meal especially when there was no cheese on my Philly cheesesteak. Rude people. Should be kicked out of Subway franchise because $4 in unallowed rewards will come out of other honest owners pockets.

like most subways in the area they do not honor coupons, Subways are becoming nothing more than a bait-and-switch, a cheap way to get consumers into stores in the hopes they'll make the purchase anyway once they're already there.

Sticklers!!! Had issues trying to use coupons. Same day went to the Subway restaurant at 3179 S 27th Street (by Leon's) and over there they are very friendly and helped me finish my order with the rest of my coupons. I will spend my almost $60 there from now on!!!

I wouldn't suggest going here unless you wanna get hustled, skimped, shorted.. whatever word you'd like to use. They don't put anything into these sandwiches. definitly getting less bank for your buck here... its sadNote: I even looked him in the face and said "is that it?" and he said yes...
