Got food, thought I was charged wrong. Possibly $10 - $15 dollars over. Called to ask for pricing first just to check. Called back because it wasn't making sense so I was going to ask and see if I was charged wrong. First lady was rude. And the manager (Patricia) who I spoke to threatened to call the police on my number. Because I called. Because I thought I was overcharged. I didn't even get to tell her that though because she HUNG UP. I will be calling corporate in the morning. Answering questions is literally APART OF YOUR JOB. And THREATENING customers who did nothing wrong is NOT okay. For Patricia's sake I hope we weren't overcharged.

I went thru the drive thru and the parking lot was so dark. The menu sign was lite up a little bit but it was so dark behind the store.

So I thought this location was open later but turns out they close at midnight. I got off work late and had to grab my daughter and I a last minute dinner. I felt bad about showing up 15 minutes before close but that feeling a quickly went away. I asked for a classic asiago chicken sandwich and got spicy. I asked for no ice in the drinks and got ice in the drinks. I asked for extra ranch on my sandwich but got a dry sandwich. I understand I showed up kind of late, but that's not excuse to get the order wrong. Especially because I was the only car there. If she was confused about what we ordered, then she should have asked instead of just giving us whatever she wanted. It's clear she didn't listen to the order at all. Very disapponting

Whoever the lady hanging out the window with the glasses is, she slowed everything down! A woman with tattoos came in and got the job done! Bread was extremely stale on every sandwich.

This Wendy’s is usually on its game but today they had a lady with glasses here around noon extremely talkative hanging out of the window messing up orders and slowing EVERY THING DOWN.. Made me late getting back to work!
