i don’t typically leave reviews for fast food, and I hadn’t had Wendy’s in over 4 years after a bad experience with food poisoning. I said I’d never have it again. But with nothing else open late at night, I decided to give Wendy’s another shot.the food was good, and the service was great. Joanne is doing an excellent job as manager, and Eliana and Bryan are a fantastic team. Definitely one of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve been to.

I am quite disappointed with my experience today. I placed an order through Uber, and while my driver delivered one of the many missing items, I had to send a co-worker to retrieve the remaining food. To my astonishment, he encountered the manager, who claimed that we had not ordered the rest of the items. This was particularly frustrating, as I had just spoken with the manager, who assured me that everything would be prepared. Not only was the service rude, but the order was still incomplete.

Our order had 26 items missing from our order. When me and my hungry coworkers called to rectify the situation and not only was the order messed up again, the manager was rude about it. Sadly, I'll be purchasing my spicy nuggies elsewhere.

I had placed an order through delivery and half of my order was missing. I went back to the establishment to try to receive the rest of my order and the manager was being really rude about the situation. He ended up giving me my food after 20 minutes of waiting and was still missing several items.
