Stopped here for lunch on 10/20/24. Ordered a big Mac meal. Fries were hot, Coke was refreshing, but it looked like someone sat on the Big Mac. Terrible! Looked like it had half of the ingredients missing and the special sauce was the bottom of the barrel. Plus, it looked like someone was trying to set the land speed record for making one, then put it in a salad spinner just for fun. I had to reassemble the thing. Anyway, hopefully it is better next time.

1) App didn't work not their fault so we had to go inside 2) Order kiosk was broken and they didn't know how to fix it 3) Drink machine was completely out of ice 4) Ordered a burger with no cheese and got a bun with cheese and no burger. How can you mix those up. Who wants a bun with cheese? Lack of critical thinking there. 5) In the last 12 months, we've probably had over $50 worth of food forgotten in our orders. Better to go to Saukville, Belgium, or Plymouth.

I haven't been to mc donalds for quite a while because the price had gotten so high for the quality of Food. I stopped because I was in a hurry and hungry. The Food and service have gotten worse, but price keeps going up. I will not be visiting mc Donald's any time soon.

Way too expensive for what your getting. Not only is fast food bad for you, but then you have to pay so much more now since Inflation has sky rocketed. A multi billion dollar industry and McDonald's has to charge even more than they should. Talk about being greedy. I'm surprised that a single cheesburger isn't $5 bucks yet! Excellent way to make your customers happy!! ?.....great job McDonald's!! ???

The manager was rude, in front of customers, to his employees. Criticized and talked down to them. No ice in the soda machine. When I informed the manager, he gave an excuse, and was rude, telling me "you didn't let me finish" and then said I was being rude. Terrible customer service by a manager. This was on Sunday, April 28 at 12 pm. The employees otherwise gave good service.

I dont have high hopes for fast food in general, but this is unacceptable under any circumstances. This sandwich is drowning in grease and the fries are old & over cooked. Killian needs to have a discussion with his management team as this trickles down from them.
