The donuts and pastries are good. The icing is good and I like the dough used. Iloved the setup of the place. I was greeted and the ladies were very welcoming and patient while I made my selection. Only thing you'll need to know is they were cash only.

Traveling through town and caught a recommendation from someone at Jen’s Place to check out Miriam’s. Super glad we did, this place is awesome - the food was great, the owner is awesome. I got an egg/jalapeño/ham pastry thing that was next level, and an awesome apple fritter.
There’s some underserved one star comments on here for sure. We’re used to people that will smile and chat and sell you something mediocre, but I’ll take an honest, well priced, homemade, owner-operated, A+ bakery like Miriam’s every time. She’s a real one, bring some cash and load up!!

Everything we have purchased is delicious.
Was in a rush to find my mother’s favorite glazed croissants for Mother’s Day. This bakery came to my aid in my time of need. Small little gem in the middle of nowhere.

We've had them 3x now. Every time we stop we are at a point where we think we might not even like donuts, then we have one from Miriam's and we remember how good a donut can be. One of our, if our very, favorite donut shops in the country. Middle of nowhere deliciousness.
Very tasty bakery and reasonably priced
Sourdough bread is excellent.
I also experienced that the staff was not helpful and very cold. To me, this is not an Amish bakery. There is a mini van out front with the company name on it. The hamburger buns we bought were very good. I was not impressed with the donuts. They were dry and the frosting tasted waxy. We drove one hour to check it out and in my opinion, it was not worth it.
I am from West Bend and eager to try the variety of baked goods offered. I was very impressed. It was difficult to decide what to take home. Prices were reasonable, so I purchased orange cranberry bread, cowboy&oatmeal raisin cookies, cheese danish, slice of lemon meringue pie & spinach pie. Everything is well organized. Before leaving, my daughter and I enjoyed a hot ham and cheese sandwich on a scrumptious soft roll with a cup of tasty black coffee. Miriam offers call ahead special orders. God has blessed you Miriam for all your hard work! I am looking forward to returning next week with my daughter who will be visiting from Michigan. Hope to see you then.
Awesome place! Everything was so good and the variety was amazing!!!!

Me and my husband love this bakery. Every time he passes through Fredonia he buys me 2 blueberry scones. They are the Best ever! So addicting! I had 1 for breakfeast this morning!
Miriam made my 1 year old’s smash cake for her first birthday! It was nothing shy of amazing and what a blessing she is!

I recently drove to Fredonia for the first time with the sole goal of trying Miriam’s Bakery after seeing their baked goods via the Facebook page for a few weeks. I can finally confirm that the food tastes as good as it looks and Miriam is so kind! I bought extra baked goodies to share with our neighbors. I am already looking forward to going back and trying more of the many options Miriam’s has to offer.
Great baked goods. Heads up cash only!
