When planning a visit with my grand and great-grandchildren, I made a short trip to Mirium's. The doughnuts were so fresh and delicious! A big hit with the kids! The hot ham was tender, not salty and flavorful. The hard rolls equally as fresh. Everything reminded me of they way bakery tasted when I was a kid! I will become a regular customer!

This is such a delight in a small little town to have a bakery which is hard to find nowadays. I have to go little ways to get some fresh wholesome white bread with the least amount ingredients which is what I love so much about the bread and all the other goodies Miriam bakes. So nice to have a lovely bakery with delicious food in the neighborhood! There is such a variety of wonderful baked goods made by Miriam! I also appreciate the hot ham and rolls for a yummy Sunday lunch! Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the Fredonia area!!

I went there on a recommendation from a really good friend. I was hoping to have a delightful bakery experience. I love a good bakery! Well, let's just say that we were not their type of people, didn't get a smile out of either of the two girls that were working and felt watched the entire time - this is not a big place.Boxed up our order for us. Not a goodbye,hope see you again. Nothing.I'm not entirely sure why people love this place so much. Finally had the cinnamon roll that my friend had been raving about. It was okay but I've had better. I specifically asked for a custard filled Long John and when I took a bite out of it it was cream filled and disgusting.Skip it. There are better bakeries around with much friendlier people.
