Great breakfast! Good drinks, friendly service, and nice customers. The food takes time, so enjoy a bloody mary or Irish Coffee while you wait. The bacon was cooked perfectly, the hasbrowns were golden, eggs were perfectly cooked (mine were cooked in the bacon grease a little, which I loved). The wagon wheel sandwich is my favorite! The French toast is really good, too. Soups are nummy, and they have a nice variety. Items are homemade. Worth the little drive, and makes for a fun...
Go see Jess at Boondocks. Came back to vacation at Trempealeau and had to get a wrap I had there months ago and they were short a cook and it wasn't an option. I told her the story of this wrap i was craving and why I came back. She didn't hesitate and made it anyway. Epic service!!!
Absolutely love this bar! It is my go to, around here. The food is amazing, and our bartender (Deb) was amazing. Everyone in the bar is friendly and there are plenty of games to keep adults and kids busy. Go here for breakfast, you won't regret it.
