Obviously she was too engrossed in a regulars conversation. got up and left. Did we miss something? Certainly not service. The Phoenix across the street definitely wins. “Biggest problem is your foreign scheduling call center. I have metal in my back and I couldn't understand what I was being asked. After I told the person I had metal they had to go back and change it because I didn't understand the 1st time they asked. I knew the scheduler messed up and told the CT tech. And she moved me to a different machine, I had to do the schedulers job. If you get a foreigner and can't understand just ask for an American or it could cost you money, time, energy and patience.”
