I want to begin by saying that we love this place. BUT, the service and food were just horrible. My husband's wings were good but my nachos were terrible. The lack of beef was covered up with lettuce and triple helping of sour cream. I left hungry. We usually stay for more than 1 drink, but I had to get out of there due to a very miserable child screaming for its mother to pay attention to her. Just an overall unpleasant experience.
Food is mediocre, not worth the prices. Service is slow. I hosted a party here and wasn’t impressed! They didn’t allow us to serve our own desserts after they told us we could. They also didn’t allow the server i requested to serve our party. My 76 year old gma couldn’t serve her double chocolate brownies and it was very upsetting. Go 10 minutes north for quality food and service in lake geneva.
Had the best Reuben of my life here. That’s the reputation going around but truth be told! Great spot, welcoming staff and wonderful outdoor space. Megan was a star server. Can’t wait to come back for live music some night soon!
