I got the roast beef cheddar sandwich and I was sick the next day all day…. Also the girl who gave me my food in the drive through was rude she said here and handed it to me in a rush while I had been polite said thank you she sort of just threw the food at me. Wow. Will not ever go back again. I was in a rush to eat after work so won’t make that mistake again.

Food is inconsistent and not in line with promotional ads. Staff is not very welcoming and unable to provide the correct order. The entire sauce system was covered with plastic wrap and unable available.

Terrible took me 30 minutes to get 2 roast beef sandwiches and a curly fry at the drive thru. I saw employees leaving out the back yelling and joking with each other while a line at the drive thru waiting to place orders never again

No hello just can I take your order we ordered 2 beef and cheddar meal one with. A coke one with lemonade and horsesauce and arby sauce we ask for sauce at the speakers when got to the drive thru window and ask again to make sure sauces were in bag he said yes and got the wrong soda.no sauces in the bag when we got home

Ordered 2 Kings Hawaiian fish sandwiches through the drive through, the most expensive fish sandwich on the menu, what I got was 2 crispy fish sandwiches, the least expensive sandwich. I called immediately and talked to a manager. He was very helpful, said he notated this in their book, and next time I stopped by I would receive replacements. When I stopped by, I was told by a cashier I would have to come back when a manager was there, she couldn't help me. She didn't seem to care if the incident was notated in their book or not. They gave me the wrong order in the beginning and yet expected me to come back more than once to rectify the issue. Very poor customer service
