Have been there twice to pick up cookies for others. Always smells good and the cookies look amazing but service could use some help for sure no one talked to me til they were calling names for orders.
Ordered a 4-pack. It seems I got there at a busy time, with 5-6 other orders being filled ahead of mine and only two gals working (but working pretty diligently!). After I was waiting about 7 minutes or so, we were informed that those of us waiting on one of my selected flavors would have about a 20 minute wait for more to be baked, or we could select a different flavor. I love my local Crumbl. Everyone is always friendly and my order is ready when I arrive. Mallow Creme is my favorite flavor. I highly recommend it. But all the cookies are pretty good.
