We stumbled upon The Purple Door this evening, and the only thing I'm sad about is that tomorrow is our last day. The ice cream was phenomenal and we received great service. I called the restaurant and was greeted by a girl named Maddison who was sincerely apologetic and assisted me well. She gave multiple option on what she could do but I ultimately chose to come in and have it be made fresh. Great customer service but wish I didn’t have to go back in the first place.
