“For the Pope people who don't live in Milwaukee or haven't lived in Milwaukee. You just have to stop at kopp's and have the best double cheeseburger and fried onions you've ever had in your entire life. You asked me how do I know? Because I've been coming here since the '70s and you know it's good when the grease is running down your face along with the onions and cheese. Note: The burger is the size of your face. Just saying. “Tastee Twist is a very good ice cream place and is very affordable. I've been going to Tastee Twist since i was a little girl and now i take my kids . I love Tastee Twist so much they should open more locations in the Milwaukee area like downtown or even in the higher part of the north side like close to mayfair.“

“amazing food, but we ordered croissants sandwiches and the staff all acted like it was a burden and they hated it when they had to make croissants. it made me feel like I had to ask if I can order what I want and if that was going to be okay with them. it was very rude behavior.“

“The staff was very friendly and the quality of the food was good. And the banana split was just like old times that brought me back to my childhood days and my grandchildren even experience a banana split for the first time which they enjoyed it themselves“
“While visiting Milwaukee from Michigan, we have been trying to find a good local ice cream shop. We stumbled upon The Purple Door this evening, and the only thing I'm sad about is that tomorrow is our last day. The ice cream was phenomenal and we received great service. We'll definitely go back for one last visit during our trip, but I'm finding myself wondering if we'd be able to keep some pints frozen during our 6.5 hour drive home. So if you're in the area, you won't regret treating yourself here!“
