I LOVE TASTEE TWIST and have LOVE IT since I was a child in the neighborhood! I lived on 14th & North in the Green & White house that still stands today and I use to walk across the field to get Ice Cream and Granddaddy use call me the TWINKLE KOAT GIRL, which I still get everytime I go there. A bit out of our way but Went for the first time a couple weeks ago out of curiosity. Cute small stand. I think they've been there forever. Delicious! Nice folks. So glad we went. Will go again. Best Banana split I've had in years. Not sure if it's ice cream or custard, but whatever it is was fantastic.

My favorite local ice cream spot. Especially on Sundays so I can get lemon ice cream: come early so you don’t have to wait in line long. All of the prices are reasonable and the food is good.
