I order a 12 pack late night. My order was missing 2 cookies. I am happy to say I called the store this morning and got my replacement cookies. Not sure if I spoke with a manager or just employee but I appreciate the good customer service.
Great cookies
I went to this location during a time when they were restocking and they didnt have what i wanted (cookie dough cream) and im leavinf this review because insomnia cookies has always been ole reliable and I just so happen to be on a diet so thanks for being reliable even in this situation! I'll forever love IC!
