So sick of this place. My husband ordered the vegan cookies for me (again), and once again, they don't have any. Quit advertising it if you're NEVER going to make them. And the fact that they won't quickly make a few, that we've already paid for, is ridiculous! I'm done even bothering with this place.

Great warm fresh, best you can get at 10pm without turning on your oven. Perfect that they have ice cold milk to go with them. Wish I lived closer.

I think it’s probably the result of difficulty getting staff. They said they had none of their own drivers, so they outsourced to GrubHub. Which is disappointing. Cookies arrived almost 2 hours later, and not nice and warm like they usually are. I don’t mind the exorbitant prices, but when you get lovely warm cookies it’s worth it. But cold greasy cookies not as much so. I’ll give them another chance since so many places are experiencing staff shortages. But I hope they can get back to their previous good standards.Also a note of disappointment from last year. They had a lovely promotion for nurses week with a free cookie. I was sent an email, tried to go to the store, it was is closed during normal business hours. They eventually answered the phone, and said they were doing deliveries only, and they’re not participating the promotion. They should perhaps advertise that better before sending out the emails. I tried to share the same information with corporate and some me a cookies, but either there was no one to contact, or they didn’t get back to me. I don’t remember which.Since this post, I figured out a good alternative. Order them whenever. And heat them up in the oven. Then they were the delicious cookies I remember. But maybe order them for five hours before you actually want them.Update 2023: I gave them another chance, even though I figured out a way to actually have warm cookies by heating them up after arrival since they always arrive cold.. Three hours between ordering and delivery was just just too long. It made me select an hour long window when ordering, it wouldn’t allow me to do an when ordering, it wouldn’t allow me to do ASAP, and it took an additional two hours to arrive.

The cookies are decent. The brownies are better! Especially the blondies! And the young lady that was working the night we went was very customer service oriented! Kudos!
0 stars. waited 2 hours for the order just for half of it to be missing and to be told "it's out of our control" - completing the order is your only job. very rude service, cold cookies & insane delivery time.

We had the slowest cookie service here the other day. Cookies were bomb, don't get me wrong. However, it took them almost 40 mins to get the order to us (we live about 7 mins away walking). Were we personally being lazy? Of course. But 3/4 of the cookies were cold upon delivery. 3/5 everyone knows they are better when warm That being said, I would put my life down for the s'mores cookie. Yes it is worth the price. And I'll be back lol

Driver pulled up and pulled off as soon as we came out of the house . Then dropped the order off at the wrong a house a block or two down . Horrible .

I ordered delivery to my apartment. They left it on a cold window sill in the lobby. They didn't even give me a minute to walk down and get it. Which again shouldn't be required since I ordered delivery to my apartment (with an elevator).

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Made an order and specified to be delivered asap or as it is said to be 20-30 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hour for my order to turn up and wasn't even notified upon delivery.
