Not sure what to make of this one, the atmosphere is not so inviting. I asked the guy for a straw which he should have given me in the first place as I had ordered a drink and he threw it at me.
Angel did an excellent job managing the line today. She took an interest in my order, was taking another order and did the transaction at the same time and I got my order immediately afterwards. I’m impressed.
