I ordered 2 20 piece nuggets I get one of my bags of food. Has most of the food in it . I look threw the bag to check n make sure everything is there. I'm missing one of my 20 piece nuggets and looks at me like I'm lying n only ordered 1. No I had my receipt to show 2 20 pieces. Then the rude n dirty look. Won't be going t lo this one again. That now happened twice in a row. Why am I gonna lie about it when I spend nearly 50 bucks.

It was 7:45 am and they still didn't open the doors to the lobby and they were scheduled to open at 7:00 AMI really needed to come inside to order my food and to use the bathroom.And take two separate orders but I couldn't do that in the drive thru.Plus they refused to take my coupon I had.Won't be coming back to this one again.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Starting from the manger on up to the crew workers its horrible attitudes on 1/31/2024 at 2pm. The manger a big black woman talks to customers as if they don’t matter. Her crew looks at you as if they are ready to kill you. This beautiful restaurant that was built with precious time has the worst ppl working in it. Sad. I will never come back.
