I want to share an incredible act of exceptional customer service at the Wauwatosa Baskin Robbins. Although they were very busy tonight, Wednesday, I chose to wait for my two quarts of Jamoca Ice Cream I wanted to purchase for my kids. I ordered ice cream cake for my son's birthday. It was a hit!! Everyone loved it. It's been few birthdays, we tried out many cake shops. But BR was the best! Their service, follow up was really good. I would definitely recommend this shop.
