Just came from the Baskin Robbins in Wauwatosa. What a strange and shady experience. I walked in and noticed two girls standing at the counter. The caucasian girl stood there with some weird judgemental stare, I asked her, "aren't you going to say something? Why just stand there and stare at me?" Then a guy walked in..she greeted him. I stated, "why didn't you say anything to me? She said nothing and walked in the back. She was very mean for no apparent reason. She made me feel uncomfortable. I'm confused as to why she chose to treat me this way and not the guy who walked in after me. I didn't know you could pick and choose who to greet when they walk in. I thought customer service consisted of professionalism? She presented mean and judgemental energy. The other worker who took my order, she was nice. I hope my experience next time will be different. I did not deserve that.

This location could use some updating with its equipment and lobby area. Service was good since this establishment employs mainly teens to young adults The main attraction is of course ice cream and is a nice treat at the established prices.

Just stopped by. No mint chocolate chip,no chocolate, no strawberry. I thought this was 31 flavors. How do you have "limited flavors " Maybe someone needs to do a better job of ordering ice cream for the ice cream shop.

I want to share an incredible act of exceptional customer service at the Wauwatosa Baskin Robbins. Although they were very busy tonight, Wednesday, I chose to wait for my two quarts of Jamoca Ice Cream I wanted to purchase for my kids. There were several people ahead of me who had already ordered and were waiting patiently. Two people behind the counter were working diligently to fill the orders. They were finishing up when in walked a man carrying a box and walked behind the counter as if he ‘owned the place’?He happened to be the owner. He also came in with his two young children dressed in pajamas! He surveyed the scene and asked if I was next and i said yes…. Instead of waiting longer, he jumped right in (obviously not having expected to work) told me he was going to wash his hands, came back and filled my order! Great product, greater service! Highly recommend this Tosa 31 Flavors!

Ice cream was great ? ?The cones are good too. Had sold with the nuts.
Too small for the traffic it has. Super cute clown cones for the kids are my favorite. Root beer floats and shakes. Yummy yum ?
Love it ! Best ice cream cake ever. Wawatosa store has a nice place for the kids to eat thier I cream.

This place served me melted ice cream. After they did this some old white worker harassed me in the parking lot asking why I didn't have it. 0/10.
