I love my local Crumbl. Everyone is always friendly and my order is ready when I arrive. Mallow Creme is my favorite flavor. I highly recommend it. But all the cookies are pretty good.

Have been there twice to pick up cookies for others. Always smells good and the cookies look amazing but service could use some help for sure no one talked to me til they were calling names for orders.

Picked up cookies from the Germantown location, the experience was interesting. The customer service was non existent . I had to say hello, I had to ask the questions. It’s odd when you walk into a business and no one says a word. The young man answered my questions with pointing to the menu or one word answers. I ordered a package of 6 cookies asking for one cookie to be separate. He said I have to charge you for the separate cookie, ok???? I found that odd. The cookies are pricy enough then Add extra cost for a separate box. The cookies were good, except the chocolate chunk had a sprinkle of salt on it, The two I purchased were so salty it was almost unbeatable. Way too much salt, you could see it. The other cookies were good, the young man told me the one cookie was a chocolate with cream cheese frosting it was actually red velvet, slightly disappointed but someone will eat it. All in all the cookies were good, the customer service was odd, no thank you, no goodbye just hand me my cookies and off I went .
My grandkids love these happy meals, so every now, and then I give in. They were happy. Their food was actually hot this time.

Cookies are okay but the price is terrible. Over 15 dollars for cookies that were hit HARD by shrinkflation. When Crumbl first became popular it was like $12 for 4 and the cookies were decent size. Now they’re just tiny and more expensive. I would say they downsized by half in the last year or so. Very disappointing.
