The only reason for 1 star is cuz you can’t give zero. Went thru drive through and window guy had his pants nearly falling off and you could see all his underwear. I customized my order like most people, but due to allergies, and they got it wrong. Drove around and went back thru and instead of making new they took stuff off and scraped it with a knife. Same guy with pants down and he didn’t say a word either time. Terrible food and worse customer service. Will not be back.

For $18 that was absolute garbage. My sandwich only had meat on HALF OF THE BREAD, no sauces when I asked for them. Also asked for diet was not given diet soda. Haven't been here in years and niwi remember why. House of corned beef is a million times better.

Was here on Friday and the manager was horrible she looked like she didn’t even want to be there throwing sandwiches through the counter window for orders and they would unwrap as they were tossed. Idk her name but she don’t need to be in customer service if that’s how your gonna handle yourself. Leave your personal problems at the door before walking in. Some short chubby white girl is who I’m talking about I’m pretty sure she was managing. The only thing she was managing was keeping that attitude. Used to go here weekly but I will no longer be coming due to poor customer treatment.

French fries where like they have been in old oil. My friend had curly fries and got bits and pieces, one full piece. French dip had hardly any Swiss cheese, but more meat. Will not go back to the Menomonee Falls Arby's. I ordered cheese sauce and there was 1/8 layer of cheese and it was terrible.

No problems with Arby's on County Line Rd., Menomonee Falls. Fast, friendly and the Lent fish special did not let me down. Hot and crispy, fresh lettuce and good tartar sauce.I recommend this Arby's.
Horrible service, there was a line of 4 people waiting and all the employees were watching TikTok’s in the back not even addressing our presence. Don’t go here. I am going down the road to get chick fil a.

Went to drive threw for a roast beef and cheddar meal . Cost over $11.00 bit into sandwich and tasted moldy. Looked at bottom bun and it was all mold.
