Spent the entire meal with a rude waitress and a rude hostess. It wasn’t very busy and I couldn’t even get a simple drink refill. They had a lot of booths open but didn’t want to give me one for myself wife and 2 kids. To be honest if I didn’t have to pay I would just walk out. I would give this place a 0 out of five stars but the food was halfway decent. Only reason the waitress started to pay attention to us near the end of the meal is because we feel she wanted us out and wanted her tip Germantown wi came between 5:30 and 6:30 pm we sat by the takeout counter on 4/26/24

order ten and received 10 very small wings. at least 4 were 90% breading and the size of popcorn chicken. my friends wings were completely different and looked great

I'm not exactly sure if the manager understands the point of her establishment. Came there with a group to eat, drink and watch a sporting even. The service was horrible, drinks were made wrong, items were missed. We are looking for a place to make this a more common event but this will not be it. Really disappointing. Just shut it down so someone else has a chance to put in a quality business.

Go to literally ANY location but this one. We’ve given the Germantown location numerous tries and it just gets worse and worse each time. This most previous experience was by far, the absolute worst. Waited to be seated in a not busy restaurant, and then waited twenty minutes for a server to acknowledge us. We were told we had to order from our phones but it wouldn’t work so the server, Corey, acted like it was a huge deal to take our order physically. Order an appetizer that come out incorrect, and never got our drinks until our main food came out almost an hour later. We were about to leave when the food finally came and was missing items. Terrible service and employees are sitting around on their phones doing nothing. Our server couldn’t even get me a water while I didn’t have a drink. We will never go back here.

Stop by Thursday night around 5. No servers to be found. Every table was open. When the servers finally recognize us they said it would be a short wait. Are you kidding me ? Close the doors until you have people to staff them. Pink slips for everyone!!!

Pickup order for 5:20. I walk in and nothing is ready whatsoever. Place is dead. Employees sitting on phone, swearing, and laziness everywhere. Management nowhere to be found. 5:20 pm on 3-31. Sad this location is lacking. Why are employees sitting on cell phones while at work?

Management is not changing anything so I don’t expect this location to be open within the next 2 years unless they fire the staff and get a real store manager. Floor stay dirty and under staffed. Hello run a job fair! Regional manager what are you doing? They don’t care

We went shortly after opening, and there were no servers or hostess, so we sat ourselves in the bar. We ordered on the QR code and the food took quite awhile to come out (the server told us the manager was the only person in the kitchen). We love the food though, so we usually come back despite the not great service (which is pretty common across their locations). The server was nice and tried her best, but they need more staff…

No wait staff on duty. No wonder place was almost empty. Have to order from your phone. Would have walked out but was 100 miles from home meeting family. Never again.

Serve was pretty cool. He gave us free cake but I'm not a fan of this place. We had to fuss around with the online menu just for it not to accept our gift card. Then we finally got to order but the food was not worth the hype. Not worth almost 60 dollars.
