I wasn't too pleased visiting my usually favorite burger joint today. I don't know if they were short on staff or just lazy. I try to give these restaurants the benefit of the doubt most of the time, but there comes a time when you have to ask the question, who's running these places? Where is the management? I shouldn't have to wait in the drive thru 30 minutes... for what, cold food, messed up order, and a staff member with a funky attitude. As my concern friends would say, It's too much!!! Come on, BK, let's get it together....

I travel the country for work. This is by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Wait time is ridiculous.
Food was warm not hot and this is the 4th week that the ice machine didn’t work. The tables not clean and the floor was slippery.

ordered a meal (whopper) at 11:12am. The sandwich was made correctly and hot. The fries where cold, not warm but cold. The soda machine (self serve) dosen't have diet coke , so had to wait to get the counter person (only 1) to fill my cup. The place is clean and the floors and tables are clean as well as the restroom was clean. Staff was pleasent, just a bit slow, and fix your soda machine if you want people to get their own.

the past three times coming to this burger king has been some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. today, it took 30 minutes to get our food in the drive through (ordered one hershey pie, chicken nuggets, and a drink), and there was only one car in front of us. four cars left behind us.

Horrible customer service, Sarah was very rude and passive aggressive. She's the General manager and she only had one person working with her when I was there. Two people in the whole restaurant. It's not my fault She's under staffed, that doesn't give her an excuse to be rude. She just had negative energy. You can always tell by looking into someone's eyes. Hers are dark and cold. I will not be returning to this location. I hope she either gets retrained or find a new job because this job is not for people like her.

Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes, would have left but someone was behind me. Had to repeat my order 3 times, never gave me a total or told me to pull forward after waiting another 5 minutes. Was finally able to back up because everyone else left. Also, the car in front of me was at the window to pick up his food for at least 15 minutes , that was after he waited I'm assuming a significant amount of time to place the order.

This is easily the worst Burger King location I have ever seen. The food takes 30 minutes to come out regardless of how many people are there and the employees there are extremely rude. The health and safety of this place also needs to be checked on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have given this specific Burger King location multiple second third fourth and fifth chances and each time I have left the drive-through after 10 minutes of waiting and nobody talking to me.

took 30 minutes to cook my food! i was told they were waiting on one item. after 30 minutes i went inside to find out all they had to do was bag the fries. i requested to speak to a manager who ignored me and showed no concern or explanation as to why it took so long. he walked away as i was trying to talk to him and get his name purposely ignoring me. the employees there were very rude and unprofessional. we were traveling on a trip and this caused an extra 30 minutes to our trip. we were very disappointed at the service and professionalism of this store. do yourself a favor and look to the many other options across the street.
