Chili's Grill & Bar

Went for Anniversary dinner. We asked for well done steaks both steaks came back red n running blood. Ask them to remake it they took the plate back took steaks off and bring the plate back with the other food on it. They said it would be a 10/15 minute wait! It was to much back n forth with the food on the plate. By the time it came back the food was cold but steak was warm. They kept the food on same plate with blood running in mash potatoes. Broccoli was supposed to be steamed it was fresh out the ground hard. The vegetables on the original trio was burned. Again food very cold. My husband didn’t eat his food it’s still in the refrigerator he didn’t even taste it! I don’t blame him. The chips n dip was good. They told us they apologized because they had new cooks n they were messing up different orders. It was our first time there I don’t think we will be back for a while. We were very disappointed

Ordered carry out from Chili's Germantown tonight - to the incredibly nice woman who I frequently see working to-go's - thank you for such a consistently accurate, well presented, delicious meal!! It was ready earlier than the estimate; the experience at this restaurant is always a great one!

We always come in for the 3 for me. Food is great every time. The henny rita is my favorite drink on the planet. Management is amazing and always on top of things.

We have been going to this Chili's since it opened always had good food and service until COVID the restaurant never seemed to be the same . We went there for my wife's birthday and what a difference the entire staff is upbeat and pleasant. Our server Mo dis a great job. The management team has brought this restaurant back to what it used to be. We will definitely be going more often.

My wife & I stopped in for dinner on Tuesday night, welcomed with smiling faces as we walked in. We were seated immediately, can’t say enough about Diedra, the Manager. She was constantly on the move, running a tight ship, very friendly, attentive and professional. The entire staff was spot on, many passed by, said hi & made sure all was good with us. Dirty plates collected immediately, asking if we needed anything. Now for our server; Moe. Absolutely fantastic, attentive, friendly & sweet as can be. Chili’s is lucky to have her, she is a perfect role model for servers in any restaurant. There are a lot of choices to eat in Germantown & the Falls, we made the right choice coming to this Chilis. Kudos to their management & staff. P.S, the food was served quick & delicious👍

Food specials are fun, and waiter service was good.
Washrooms need a little more attention so they are clean & smelling fresh all the time fir the guests.

Great food and even better service. Tyler was our server- he went above and beyond to take care of our every need and we highly recommend asking for him. The manager, Alfie was also sweet (yet professional!). My husband and I haven’t been to a Chilis in years and this experience made us wish that we hadn’t waited so long to return. We will absolutely be back!

My husband and I dined in. Had the best experience I've had in a long time at a restaurant. Our server, Tyler, was the best I've had. He was so sweet and friendly. He asked the right questions when we ordered our food. He was very attentive to our drink levels and even saw that the chips and salsa we ordered arrived with broken, end pieces and was appalled that we were served that by the food expediter that he went back and got us fresh chips. I will definitely ask for Tyler every time we go to Chili's. The food quality was great.
