Chili's Grill & Bar

We found blonde hair in chicken in the ranch, and on the plate, the bartender was awesome. They took off one appetizer. Today was my birthday.

Our waitress was nice and friendly. The only problem I had was when they brought the food out to us one of the workers grabbed my drink glass and didn't bother to ask if I wanted more. Had to flag down our waitress to ask for another drink and when it was brought out it wasn't the right drink. By the time they brought out the right drink we were already finished with our food

They were trying to push us out. It was Mothers day though, so I get that there were people waiting to be seated.

The kitchen couldn't get my sandwich right. The third time the manager had to make it- but it made it perfectly, and it tasted great.

We love to go to chilis almost monthly. Every time we’ve been here, the service has been great and the food had been served quickly! Their marg of the month and chips & salsa are bussin!

I did take out and where i was you could see directly inside the kitchen servers and the people handling the food after cooked are touching them with their bare hands unwashed and without gloves imagine a server handling dirty menus and money and then proceeds to touch your food you have to eat with their bare hands disgusting and unsanitary everyone should be washing their hands or wearing gloves if they have to touch someone’s food it takes 20 seconds to wash your hands…..

Came in friday for dinner. Got seated right away at a table in the bar area, which was fine. Our server was nice but told us they were completely out of burgers 🙄 we ordered the chicken sandwich instead which was okay. Before we left we noticed the bartender bring out two smashburgers for a couple sitting at the bar. We also had to ask for napkins and silverware.

Great service food was hot and we had a table of 10 shit came out fast and good

The greeter was rude but our server was great.

Got the fajitas, the fillings were delivered then 10 minutes later the tortillas came. There was a long hair in the dessert.

No matter when I come there is always an extra long wait with most tables empty. The excuse is the same 95% of the time. “We don’t have anyone to work that section!” Todays episode is that I came at 7:04 party of 12 was told the wait will be 1 hour and thirty minutes I said cool. Now I’m told that she made a mistake and didn’t put me in the queue will get me seated right away this is ridiculous

The service is great here and the food is delicious and a super great value!
