Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Tanesha did such a great job as our server earlier today!! She was being double, even triple sat at some times in different waves. She would be so quick to clear and flip her tables while constantly being on top of refilling our drinks. Tanesha was very patient with our menu questions and overall had such a great attitude. The food was great but Tanesha made us leave with such grateful smile.

The service here was awful! We came in with a party of 7 and were told it would take 30-40 minutes to be seated. After waiting for 70 minutes because they refused to put 2 tables together we waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks and are still waiting for our food. Now we are starving and will never be visiting this Cracker Barrel again. We normally love Cracker Barrel so it’s really disappointing

Why don't you Cracker Barrel for lunch, still have the country store and the original decor inside and out. Hopefully it stays that way, had the chicken dinners food was good, all around the experience was great, I highly recommend it.

Haven’t been to Cracker Barrel in years….. the food was so good! And a huge shout-out to the hostess Nicole! She made our night with her kindness and amazing service!

Why did you get rid of the Steak Egg Cheese Hashbrown Casserole??? Bad business decision. Why not just get rid of the Hashbrown casserole while you are at it??!!

Y'all suck for changing the country store, antique vibe of your restaurants. Good luck watching your company fail in a couple of years!

Waiting almost a 1/2 hour for our food and then when it comes out, the butter does not even melt on my pancakes eggs, ham grits, hash brown casserole all cold. Even your biscuits, which used to be nice and big and fluffy. For now, almost hard and cold.

As a server I am appalled. There was 2 servers 1 cook- no busser. There were 10 tables not cleared off while the manager Dewan stood there with his face in whatever is on that tablet they carry around. The host- don’t get me started.. didn’t speak a word and sat people at dirty tables. Finally the manager came out and bussed a few tables taking tips off and keeping them as we asked the server if she recieved them she said no. Skye was our server and she was SO AMAZING- did the work of both of the girls and made sure on that end we had a great experience away from the horror going on around us. Food was very good for only having one cook

just wanted to shout out our waitress jean this morning! she was definitely busy but was super sweet and checked on us/brought us drink refills multiple times. the food was good and there was a lot of it.

neither my girlfriend or i had been to a cracker barrel in years and we had a great time browsing the store while we waited. we had a great experience!

The service and the food was okay but I highly recommend you check out the gift shop has a lot of cool souvenirs, and the setup is very nice. Whoever runs that is doing an excellent job and should be showing some type of appreciation. I had a chance to talk what I think was a manager of the gift shop I seen her name was Lisa very very nice. If the gift shop wasn't the first thing you've seen I don't t⁴hink I would have stayed because it's very nice environment when you see a gift shop and then sit down and eat you have a very nice setup but the gift shop is a little bit more worth seeing a lot of cool stuff.

Service was horrible, food wasn't great we drove almost 2 hours because of a commercial its definitely not like the commercial. I Do not recommend this place!!! Save your money

This is my first time ever to be at Cracker Barrel. We waited for 20 minutes to be seen by our waitress. Waitress was snobby and we didnt get our order right nor got refills of beverages!!
