The place needs to be cleaned. They had a lattice wall next to where we were sitting that was filled with dust spider webs and food splatters. The floor was pretty messy also.

It was a typical Cracker Barrel experience with one major hangup. Whenever I ask for a salad I try to stipulate that I prefer it to come before the meal. That way I can eat the cold food and the hot food, hot. The salad technically came out before the meal as the server delivered it to me just as a second server brought our entrees.

Love cracker barrel but today was a huge disappointment. Took our server Tia 20 minutes to bring our drinks. Ordered our food and waited another 40 minutes to get food while watching table after table around us sit down, order, and enjoy their meals. Of course their servers were doing their job. The table next to us even commented on how long we'd been waiting. I went to talk to the manager on duty. As I was addressing issues with him, my party had enough after watching another table get their food so we left. I know it's hard to find help these days but Tia is hurting your business

I love the Country Store and the food. The service isn't great. The servers sometimes seem too rushed to provide value. If you have to ask for cutlery, something is wrong. Overall great food and decent prices.
