Crumbl Cookies are undeniably delicious at first bite, but they’re best enjoyed in small portions due to their rich sweetness—we ended up cutting them into quarters. However, the price feels steep at $16 for just four cookies. As a baker myself, I can’t justify the cost and don’t see myself going back.

Visited today and it was super cute and seemed clean. Out of all 3 workers in store NOT ONE person greeted us, said hello, said thank you, no one spoke to us. We tried 3 mini cookies and idk what the hype is about. The ginger snap wasn’t good - tasted like extract with a weird after taste. The chocolate chip was barely ok, very hard and dry , the caramel pecan was palatable , the cookie was soft and the caramel wasn’t bitter - I wouldn’t eat the entire cookie though. Everything was TOO SWEET. Nothing to write home about - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, for that I wouldn’t return.

This was my first time trying Crumbl, I was a little nervous at first reading all the other reviews and just hearing about them.. but going in today I had a great experience. The cookies were good and tasty, the were welcoming, and they have a great rewards program.

Kid-friendliness: They are just bright, and the cookies come in all kinds of colors, designs, and flavors.. I know we don't always want kids having sugar lol but Crumbl is the perfect spot to take a kid who loves cookies and colors!

Crumbl Cookies are definitely good, but I find them a bit overrated. If you love really sweet frosting, you'll probably enjoy them, but sometimes it can be a bit too much. However, they do have more mellow and less sugary options from time to time, which I think are always the best ones.
