Sandwich bread seemed really small. The back door was unlocked so I went in that way. One employee chided the other for leaving the back door unlocked, but nobody went back to lock the door while I was there. I got my sandwich promptly. When I went to leave the store she asked me to use the front door, which was far away from my car. I walked around the side of the building in the rain to my car only to realize that there was no mayo on my sandwich - my fault. The bread was probably 3 and 1/2 inches wide. It didn't seem like a full sized sub. It tasted okay.

That was one of the best interactions I've had at a fast food place lately. They were so nice and fast!

Ordertaker was very quiet and unenthused. Sandwich bread was rock hard. 2 measly slices of turkey on the sandwich. Fairly pathetic if you ask me.

Hours state 9pm close. Arrived at 8:40 this evening and was advised they were closed. Asked if we could get a sandwich to go. Was advised everything was put away. Clearly the crew wanted to go home early as opposed to serving customers.

I tried to surprise my girlfriend with a #1 with pickles. To not only her surprise, but mine, we learned the sub contained plain CUCUMBERS, not pickles.

I can see how this might confuse someone, as cucumbers are the basis of what becomes a pickle, but c’mon. This was just silly. I hope this gets sorted out so others are not in the same boat. Staff were friendly and the place was clean tho!

Amazing experience at this jimmy johns. Normally jimmy johns doesn’t live up to the “freaky fast” moto, but this was the opposite. Walked in and out in a max of 3 minutes. Additionally the food was great!

The first time I tried this Jimmy John’s, they gave me the complete wrong order. I’m pregnant so I can’t have deli meat so I’m limited to BLTs. I ended up with a ham sandwich which normally, I would have enjoyed either way! But obviously could not.
This time, I ordered a BLT with cheese, paid an extra $1.50 for cheese and there wasn’t any cheese. And the bacon was almost raw it was so undercooked. Super super disappointing. I cried. Probably because I’m pregnant but still a bummer.

I had a disappointing experience at this place. The staff member used the same gloves for handling the register and food. Additionally, the place was not clean enough, and the worst part is I found plastic in my food.I hope management takes immediate action to improve hygiene standards. Would not recommend.

50 mins for a sandwich delivery. Driver marked order delivered 10 mins before he delivered. Called store and nothing but excuses. Freaky Fast?!?! More like Merely Mediocre... at best!

I ordered a Hunter’s Club from Jimmy John’s in Germantown at 12:56 PM while waiting at a car dealership for an oil change. After over an hour with no delivery and no updates, I tried calling multiple times, but no one bothered to answer. Finally, someone showed up at 2:10pm, reeking of marijuana, which was incredibly unprofessional.

When I mentioned that I had been trying to call for a refund, the delivery person rudely asked, “You don’t want it?” I explained that I’d prefer a refund at this point, and instead of handling the situation, she just walked away. I had to ask her directly who I could contact for a refund, and all she said was “me,” as she walked out.

Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I hope I get my money back, but either way, I will never order from Jimmy John’s again. Absolutely unacceptable.

Normally my food is amazing but this time I decided to pick up my order and when I got home I realized there was no tomatoes nor cheese very sad 😢 I know you're better than this Jimmy John's
