Clean, friendly, and subs are very good. It's not ok to treat people rude but want friendly responses. They're human as well. Some people forget that.

Ordered a giant #8 and a slim #1, bring my food home only to discover the giant #8 has only ham, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard, and cheese, they totally forgot to put the most expensive item on this sub no roast beef. Truly disappointed in the quality of the product that was sold to me.

I purchase a #11 sub the meat/ cheese hanging off. Lettuce taste like poison. No vinegar. Call the manager she said don't come back and hung up on me. Im going calling the owner that was not professional because I complained about the sandwich.

Placed an order at 12:30 PM for sandwich delivery. Confirmation email said delivery at 1:01 PM. At 1:30 PM our order had still not arrived. I called the location to ask where the order is, given that it was placed an hour prior and was 30 minutes late, and the location is a mere 10 minutes from delivery point. The individual on the phone said that he couldn't find the order. It took several minutes for him to find the order even after giving the order number and name. They then "found it" but said they don't know when it will be delivered and couldn't give an ETA. The individual on the phone was slurring his speech while speaking and was hard to understand as if he was under the influence of some substance that probably shouldn't be around sandwiches. I asked to speak with a manager, the individual on the phone said he was the manager. I asked, if the order is going to be significantly late, to at least get this meal for free or discounted given the inconvenience. The "manager" said he can't tell me when the order is coming and can't give it for free or any discount. I asked for the "manager's" name and he stated "I can't tell you my name". I then had to request for the order to be cancelled.I don't know what is going on at that location, but it appears that the "manager" isn't very good at managing. At the least, he could have offered to deliver the sandwiches himself, which is what any good food establishment manager would do. This was an incredibly disappointing experience with Jimmy Johns and we will certainly not be taking our business there again if this is the treatment that "managers" give their paying customers.

On Google it says the store is open until 9pm. My family and I got there at 8:30pm on our way home from our son's surgery and the door was locked and the 3 employees inside were just talking and on their phones. Super sad and disappointed as we were looking forward to subs for the way home.

If you like a delivery driver who leaves your food on someone else's porch and doesn't tell you they left it outside because their phone was 10 feet away in their car this is the place for you.

I usually love jimmy johns. Typically the workers greet you when you enter, are friendly, the food is great and so fast. This location, however, was none of those things. We came here for lunch this afternoon. The employee taking our order could not have looked more annoyed at our being there, we could barely hear him, and our 2 sandwiches took about 10 mins to be made .. would not recommend this location.

Worker hit my car and tried to hit and run. Walked inside to ask for their name and they all cussed me out and told me to get out. Awful service. They also all tried to lie to the police to say that she didn't hit me. Amy Yarnig is the worker who tried to run, she said "I need to deliver my subs, I have to leave". She should be fired along with all of the workers who lied and cussed at me. Fortunately the police officer believed me and witnesses helped prove she was in the wrong. Embarrassing for this lady who acted like a child.
